Allison made sure we had a final inspection/ walk thru of the home to make sure no issues . We did find some things that needed attention and our now getting fixed but no expense to us ! We expressed interest in a house listed on Trulia and/or Zillow, and Wayne Birkey was the agent who contacted us and arranged for us to see the property. After seeing it, we decided not to pursue it, but from that initial contact Mr. Birkey became the agent who helped us. Mr. Birkey, a long-time builder, on several occasions explained to us matters that helped us evaluate the condition of properties. Since we had never before purchased a home, we were grateful for the explanations, advice and warnings that he gave us regarding the negotiation process, contracts, inspections, payments, etc. Mr. Birkey tried to understand our desires and needs and went out of his way to accommodate our particular situation. Without being pushy or intrusive, he offered helpful tips and gave us clear explanations as we checked out a series of homes. He replied promptly to the questions and concerns we communicated to him by phone or email. We found Mr. Birkey to be straightforward and honest and fair.
